Cruise Control Installation

Dear all, i have 100 LC without cruise control. It is 6 cylinder GXR Manual 2005.
In Arabian Gulf, usually it is imported with out Cruise control. I have notice that the wiring has plugs for the actuator in side the HUD like fjz80 95-97 model. My question is it possible to install the Cruise control components (actuator, Cruise TCM, Control arm) like plug and play?
