I purchased an updated DVD and inserted it in the reader, but the system won't recognize it. Is there anyhing need to do in order to tell the Navigation System that there is a new DVD in there? I don't want to go to the dealer unless I have to. Thanks!
I just wanted to make sure you did it this way: Leaving the ignition on, remove the dvd, insert the new one, and wait for the load screen to finish. If that doesnt work make sure your dvd is for your generation of navigation and is not in fact an older version of your dvd.
