Default 2007 ES350 Oil Viscosity

I live in a HOT climate. This time of year dytime tempertures are above 100F for months at a time. There are also many days over 110F.

Soon I will be making my first oil change in the ES and intend to use a full synthetic oil.

The operator's manual says to use 5W 30 viscosity oil. I assume that this viscosity is for dino oil.

Is this the viscosity I should also use with a synthetic oil? Or, should I use a different viscosity?

Synthetic is not magic. And 5w30 Synthetic is choice.
