2002 SC430 Audio problem

Hey all,
Got a problem with the wife's car so it's a problem for me. Her cd player stopped playing discs and won't eject ot accept any. Does anybody know exactly what the head unit is in these? I read about the Mark Livinston audio system but don't have a make or model # for the unit. any ideas? HELP

sound like the transport is jambed or bad. could be a broke gear, could be a bad drive belt . could be anything. if you are mechanically inclined, id take it out and disassemble the unit the remove the cd. bench test before installing back in the her sc430. if the unit fails the bech test, replace with another unit, or upgrade. might be able to find used on ebay. gl

Thanks form the reply, I'll yank it out and see what's to see. I was hoping for a quick fix. Oh Well looks like the weekend choreboy list got longer.
