Question 93 ES300 VSV Help???

Can anyone please help me with this issue. A friend of mine took off (in the manual its called) the "emission control valve set" (VSV set) from my car to put new injectors on for me. I know I know, I should not have let him touch it but its a little late now. Anyway, I'm not sure if it was put back on correctly and the manual doesn't show it for the particular model of my car (doesn't even look the same as what I have) so it's hard to tell what goes where. Pictures of the hoses, vsv, and where they go would be GREATLY appreciated. (If possible)
Also, I have the part numbers for both of them, which they got broke in the process. The dealer has them but I'm trying to see if I can get the vsv set at a regular parts store somewhere. One of them is the blue one, which I've identified and am getting today. The other one is "red?" but I can't seem to find it anywhere and am not sure of what it's even called.
