Post Fuel in exhaust???

I bought a 1993 ES300 about a month ago. The engine itself sounds really good and it runs great but sputters for a few seconds every now and then. My main problems are that it is smoking now (LOTS of white smoke), it's sucking down gas like crazy (I can't put 1/4 of a tank of gas in it and have it last more than a few miles) and there is visible fuel coming from the exhaust. That last part worries me most! I've tried a few suggestions from different people but I'm getting a little tired of putting money into it without solving the main issue of the gasoline in the exhaust & smoke from the tailpipe. Can someone please give me some kind of specific reason why this might happen? Especially the fuel/exhaust problem. I keep thinking it's got to be a blown gasket somewhere but I'm not sure where to start.
So far, I've replaced all 6 injectors, spark plugs, changed the oil (which, by the way, had the smell of fuel in it as well), fuel pressure regulator and both VSV's.
