Where is the Oil Filter - ES350?

I've read a thread about changing out the oil filter on the ES350, but there's no mention of where the filter is located. I've looked from above the engine and from underneath. Can anyone describe the best way to get to it and where it is? Thanks in advance.

on pass side underneath the vehicle. has canister(paper) type oil filter. remove with regular 3/8" drive for drain and a oil filter pliers to get the canister that holds the filter out.

Hello,

It is low on the car, just in front of (and inboard) the front passenger wheel.
It is a filter-element type design, contained in an aluminum housing which hangs down vertically. the can is silver and is hard to miss. You can see it without raising the car.
