99 RX 300 blows A/C fuse #32

No warning today.

While driving today the instrument display lights and the heater/Air cond panel is suddenly went dark.

Found #32 fuse had blown so I replaced it. The new fuse blew again after approx 30-45 sec. Tried it again with a second new fuse and same thing.

Apparently have a direct (or near direct) short.

Anybody else had a problem with fuse #32?

Should have also mentioned in above post that without the A/C display, the air conditioner is inop.

The new fuse makes everything work as it should until the fuse blows.

I dont see a fuse #32 in the wire diagram. Where is this fuse? under the hood or the inside fuse box. Can you find another NAME for it or take a picture of where it goes.
The a/c panel is a known problem, but we need to know which fuse (by name) to help you trace it down.
