98 GS300 Starting Problems

Hi, all, newbie here after some help!
My '98 GS300 SE has been stood for a while so I put a new battery on it and now it won't start!
The engine turns over but it will not fire up.
I thought it could be an immobiliser problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Three things need for engines to run: air, fuel and spark. Considering the long lay up, and a wild guess, I'd go for fuel. So make sure the tank has fuel, then make sure the fuel pump works.

The car does have fuel and it has always been maintained by Lexus Main Dealership.

The pump does work.

It points to electonics to me, a dodgy transponder?, something with security systems?
