Does anyone know how to repair Front Side Marker Assembly on a 1999 Lexus RX 300?

Well, both front Marker Assembly Light are out. I want to have them replaced. Lexus Dealer wants $200 for each side. They said that they need to take the front bumper off in order to change the light. I wanted to know if I can replace them myself.

You can replace the bulb, socket and wires for much less than that. Try these part numbers--

Order this for each side.

82998-12440 terminal wire (2)
90980-11162 connector (1)
90075-60001 socket (1)
00234-00192 bulb

I can order these parts, no problem. But u still didn't give me a clear answer whether I can replace them by myself or not?

Do you know where I can get the instructions for it? Dealer said that I will have to take the bumper off. Do I really need to do that?
