The Tundra map light rocker has two positions (OFF/DOOR) and 2 terminals ("DoorSw" & "MapLight"). The Sienna map light rocker has three positions (ON/OFF/DOOR) and 3 terminals ("DoorSw", "Ground", "MapLight"). The terminals are standard 1/4" quick disconnects, available at any autoparts store.
Connect the Sienna switch in place of the Tundra switch as follows (sorry I don't have the color codes, I'm doing this from memory):
-Sienna Sw "DoorSw" terminal = Tundra "DoorSw" wire
-Sienna Sw "Ground" terminal = convenient nearby ground wire
-Sienna Sw "MapLight" terminal = Tundra "MapLight" wire AND run to main overhead lamp "DoorSw" wire (cut and tape off existing "DoorSw" wire to main overhead light)
1. In "DOOR" position, switch connects "DoorSw" and "MapLight" terminals together. When a door is opened, ground is provided by the door switch through the map light switch to the map lights (and dome lamp if modified as described here).
2. In "On" position, switch connects "Ground" and "MapLight" wires together, bypassing the door jamb switches and turning on the lamps immediately.
3. In "Off" position, switch connects nothing, disabling the lights (except for the switches on the individual map lights themselves).
