Okay after several months of waiting, researching and finally installing all the parts, I'm all done!
I'm ready to tell you guys exactly what you'll need to do the retrofit! I also took the liberty of putting in the internal ducting which was not part of the original parts list posted here. And for those of you guys that were wondering, yes, there's still a duct that directs warm air to the driver's side floor but the passenger side ducting is removed. The passenger side now goes to the rear. I've also included the schematic drawings too. To see the drawing, go to my album
here.
Parts that you'll need:

Cupholder can be wood or black:
58804-0C040, PANEL SUB-ASSY WOOD POCKET, 1, $148.54
58804-0C030, PANEL SUB-ASSY BLACK POCKET, 1, $90.30
And the ducting part numbers are:
87211-0C110 DUCT, AIR, $7.89
87213-0C020 DUCT, AIR, RR L, $35.10
87212-0C020 DUCT, AIR, RR, $46.69
And the two plastic clip for the long ducts are:
90467-07146 (2) CLIP, $.87 each
Ok, what I did was remove the old console by removing the four bolts holding it down. One inside the console and one under the wood cupholder cover. Pull up on that to get it to pop out.
Also use a closed pen in the center of the clip to pop it out the cover under the dashboard where the power adaptors are. You won't be needing these clips anymore but save them anyways. Unplug the power adaptors. Don't worry about marking them since its "L" shaped. Easy to re-insert in the new console.
Keep in mind that you won't be able to use two brackets (58995 and 58993) unless you drill new holes. I put them on anyways. The 58995 bracket allows the bolts to be shown on top so it doesn't look funny having two holes. The other bracket (58993) keeps the two console pieces together. But before you do anything you'll have to take care of the ductings first. Take the two old ducts on both sides under the dashboard off. The right (passenger side) pops right off but the left side (driver's side has a bolt securing it into place. It's really tight in there so use a small ratchet to get it out! Save this bolt for the new duct (87211). Once you've put both new ducts into place, go ahead and put the bracket (58997) into place using the two bolts (90080-11546) or you could use the bolts that originally held down your old console. Use the black clip screws (90467-07146) to secure down the long duct into place. Don't worry about the two ducts at the end in the diagram (87215 and 87216) since they're part of the console.
Once you put all the ducting into place and then go ahead and put the console in. Front section first. Plug the power adaptor wiring in. Use the brown clip screw (58811) to secure the front console to the dashboard by popping it in. Put the back console into place. Open the cover and then push it forward gently until you see the screwholes showing through the screwholes. Put two bolts (90080-11372) in. The console will be a bit loose after you've tightened everything up. This is probably because you haven't secured the other two brackets. I don't think it's a big deal. Not that loose. Still felt secure to me. After that, pop the wood cupholder piece (58804-0C040) into place and you're all done!
Let me know if you guys have any other questions! My old console is available for anyone that wants it! It's oak with a wood cupholder.
