Hows that Fitch fuel catalyst working out. I know you put it on a while ago, just wondering if you have noticed anything good or bad or anything at all? I looked at them a long time ago and had forgotten all about them untill I saw your pics. Thanks, Ken

i posted a quick process to my album on what i did and how i did it. total cost was about 1500. those 285/55/20 nitto's were a lot more expensive than the 305/50's. i looked at the coopers too and they would have been my next choice. then the toyo's as far as looks. all i know is the nittos ride really nice.

No, he lives up in northern Indiana but he is stark raving mad. I wish I had pictures or videos of the things he does because no one would ever believe me. His facial expression does not even change while doing stuff that gave those of us watching heart attacks.

Very cool picture and should be put in a magazine with a "come up with a quote for this and win a free t-shirt" byline.

Thanks for the comment on my Cat Back, it has progressively gotten louder but not too bad! I remember the Hogs Breath in Ft Walton Beach i think, was not a pleasant experience, me and oysters do not get along at all! I am a Big Arkansas Fan WOOPIGSOOOIE! Not much of a Gator Fan, kinda like Alabama!

    Hey Highwaylizard,

Not too geeky at all! I hated being called Liz, Lizzy, any of that for so long but now I have lots of people that call me those names so I've gotten used to it. I was named after the first female that came to the US. Kinda neat. Good hearing from you too! Check out my weight loss thread if you haven't. I'm so proud of myself!!! Lol...

Well hi Highwaylizard... How did you get your name? I'm Elizabeth obviously and got picked on a lot when I was younger and got called Lizardbreath... GGWoody's sister is named Elizabeth so he's called her that before so it stuck to me too...lol. Nice to meet you. Look forward to getting to know you.

If you haven't met Dikkie yet, you will... He's my overseas friend. He calls me Q.T. (cutie), so that has stuck as well...

    Liz

19+ MPG on the Highway at 75 MPH in a DC with a four speed automatic and a bad O2 sensor - not too shabby!

  • Air conditioner the whole time
  • 12.449 gallons Shell87
  • 16.7403 MPG.8973 MPG decrease

These numbers are pretty darn good. The good fuel economy seems to have become par for the course – not that I am complaining. Considering that these numbers are the result of mixed driving with some trailer miles the MPG numbers are quite excellent.

I attribute the good fuel economy to the

  • 15.8948 MPG
  • .8973 MPG decrease over last city with all trailer and A/C

These mileage numbers were pretty evenly divided between city, highway and trailer pulling. The overall mileage is excellent with that in consideration. I am fairly well convinced (although I have yet to confirm this)...

  • No trailer A/C all the time
  • Cruise control at 75 MPH
  • 8.518 gallons Shell87
  • 18.7603 MPG
  • .5407 MPG increase over last highway driving

These numbers are actually a little bit better than they appear on the surface. The first 22 miles were in town with a few stops. The truck idled at those stops for at least ten minutes with the air conditioner running full blast. Close to the end of the run we pulled over...
