The fire place is northe of Stoneman Lake Road, about 5-8 miles in from FH3/Mormon lake road. It is a very old 2-track road that runs along a rain water wash, off of a huge meadow. The meadow is behind me as I was taking the picture and had an old dam that used to catch water. It is a little rough and doesn't hold water any more but was pretty cool.

I'v been up to crown king a couple times, really cool area too. There are a lot of places that are really neat to go in AZ, you never should have left!!!

Dude that is a bad *** TUNDRA.What part of AZ did you find that fire place in the woods? i used to live in scottsdale years ago and went 4 wheeling all over with my wife we liked crown king alot we have found a abonded house,a really deep lake and a cave .while climbing around in our 85 lifted toy.i now have a 07 SR5 IN HOUSTON TX.we regret moving away from AZ.
