Thanks for the comments dude. Good luck on the tails. It really sets off the look of the truck from the stockers.

Edit: if you already have the 2"4" drop, you can get the upgrade kit which will give you just the parts you need to go down further. again, they are ******** about this too, they will only sell you the spindles if you bought everything else from them but im sure you can source it somewhere.

    gutz,

When I contacted McGaughys about their kit for the RCSB, they informed me that it has been discontinued. They will only sell you the kit if you acknowledge that the kit will not work for RCSB in bolt on form because of the frame crossmember hitting the driveshaft. Truthfully, they were total ******** about it. I asked the guy a few questions about it and he told me I was clueless and he wouldnt sell it to me. I am far from clueless when it comes to modifying jeeps and trucks and have No problems taking a SawZall to the frame of my truck, but he was not willing to answer my questiosn. I told him to "F.O." and bought it used from a TS member who was selling his truck.

You can buy the kit that was intended for the doublecab, which is what I actually have and it worked fine. I have heard that the front coils are stiffer for the doublecab because the truck weighs more, but i got a full 4" drop and I love the stiff coils. AFAIK, that is the only difference in the kit.

    funky,

They are the stock tails and TBL that I tinted. I used paint from the local hobby shop called "transparent black" made by racing finish and taped them off carefully. The paint is very finicky but luckily, it comes completely off with rubbing alcohol so you can fix your mess ups. Good luck!

What tail lights and 3rd break light do you have? Those would look nice on my black Crewmax
