HELP? Ok - so the fuse is back in and the gauges have popped to life. However, I am getting 6 error codes - sequential: P0351 - P0356 - all ignition coil circuit errors - A through F. Do I just replace the ignition coil?
UPDATE - I am not very patient (maybe why I am in this mess?) and I lucked out and found the release tabs around the fuse block. Who thinks these things up?! geeze -
The fuse is out and I hope its the ONLY thing blown!
Life- notice you have replied to some other "idiots" who have crossed the polarity circuits on a Highlander (jumping issue...). I have figured out up to the main fuse, but cannot figure how to get the main fuse block a part to even get to the connector screws and replace. I think I am about 30 mins from having it out and back in, but its all plastic and easy to mess up.
Here we go again another 2 possible big ones on the way. Also want to get the the driver and passenger windows darkened plus the upper strip across the top. It's been so hot it here it doesn't feel as if the air is on high!Any suggestions as to where to go in Delray Beach or Boynton Beach to have this done. I know I should have had this done before buying the SUV. Any input or advice would be appreciated on window tinting and/or what to avoid delraysupermom
I really have not had a chance to answer. There does not seem to be a leak...just my parking spot neighbor who is a know it all. I did check it out by placing cardboard underneath. All is OK....Getting ready for the storm now OY! Tomorrow to gas up and get water....
Old occupation but becoming more popular Stealing Camry's,( the #1 car being stolen) and Honda Accord and Civics #2 and #3....for parts. So everyone out there take precautions....even a hidden toggle switch can help and dont forget your insurance premiums.... Delraysupermom
This si why waxing a car frequently is important ...because the wax seals the paint and prevents the acid from penetrating the paint. And a waxed car washes easily of dirt and such.
don't keep rubbing or else yu will damage the paint...then the stain might be somewhat gone...but yu will have damaged the clearcoat in that area byond repair. CAR soap and plenty of water with a terry towel is all yu can do. Then it will need to be polished if there is some left. The Acid in the bird fallout etches the paint at some point when sitting in the sun.
Cleaning this stuff is a dfaily ritual .. but left on for many days and the paint gets bad. But this is life. It happens to me too.
