Don't worry about the Truxxx, I am positive that guy has something loose or rubbing.
He or the shop will get it worked out, there are way too many of us who have had the Truxxx for a long time, with no issues.
I say again, my bet is that he is getting a tire lug rubbing on the skid plate, slight bend and it disappears.
The first time I had a tire rub the skid plate, I thought the front end was gonna fly off.

I have read a number of your posts regarding the Truxx lift. Your posts help me decide to get it over Toytec. I have not installed it yet but I hope this clank is not a sign of something to come...
