"Quality in a product or service is not what the suppliers put in. It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for. Aproduct is not quality because it is hard to make and costs a lotof money, as manufacturers typically believe. This is incompetence. Customers pay only for what is of use to them and gives them value. Nothing else constitutes quality." by Peter F. Drucker American educator and writer, b. 1909

I would like to encourage anyone with a 2000-2001 Toyota Tundra to inspect their frame for bad corrosion and take pictues. Also file a complaint with the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration at www.safercar.gov. Also if you report things like badly corroded failed brake lines, spare tires corroding and breaking off of truck or chuncks of metal from the frame. It appears Toyota is on the verge of a recall.
