You could run the Bilstiens with the spacer on the lowest setting if you ran aftermarket UCA's, but I would not recommend it. There will be a lot of pre-load on the spring and the ride will suffer. Best bet if you are needing new shocks is to do a direct swap for the 5100's over the spacer, the rear 5100's will work with the 1" block you have no problem.
