  • Myth #1: Your Christmas beef tenderloin is causing global warming.
PETA may never admit it, but it turns out that eating meat isn’t so eco-unfriendly after all—at least if it’s American meat. Back in October, the CCF took a closer look at that 2006 United Nations report everyone’s talking about, Livestock’s Long Shadow, and found that greenhouse gas sources directly related to livestock production in the U.S. only account for 2.58 percent—not 18 percent—of the total.

Tomorrow morning I will be leaving the USA and heading off to the Toyota motherland, Japan.[Image]

I am traveling with my girlfriend Noriko. Her parents still live there and her dad's birthday is Monday, so it'll be a special two weeks. We are planning to take the trains to Hiroshima, Kyoto, Tokyo, Mount Aso, and then Fukuoka. Site seeing and hanging out for the day/night in each city as we go along....

VT won, no surprise. I mean, we played W&M.

It was a good weekend. Finally got back to the Burg. There are some new buildings since the last time I was there, last year. Amazing how these things can go up so fast.

The United 32 memorial was a sight to see. Bless those families. I hope nothing like that ever happens again, to anyone.

During my stay in bBurg, I turned a few Tundra owners on to TS. Maybe they'll register and join the madness.
