Hi Tundradrenalin, Im really sorry for not getting back to you, I apologise. I've been off for a while and just got back on. I did replace the original bulb with the same number bulb I received from Toyota. It only lasted a couple of weeks. I cant figure out what keeps blowing them. Thanks for answering my last question.

Is that the only problem? And, are you using the correct dome light? Needs to be a 3157 bulb.

My 2004 Tundra keeps blowing domelight. Any suggestions?
