Today I had surgery to repair a double inguinal bilateral hernia, which has been bothering me for many months. This is the sort of hernia that bulges out in your lower abdomen and where the sack hangs down into your scrotum.

The first week in December my wife and I paid a visit to New York city for five days. We stayed at a comfortable Sheraton hotel in Queens and used the subway train to make our way into Manhattan daily.

We've been in Orlando at Disney: [Link] for the past week and will return home tomorrow (Tuesday). The parks are always fun with some new attractions and interests but I can't help but come away feeling like I need a vacation for the vacation.
