Default Maryland Ride Flippinout. Nice ride

Saw a green DC on I-70 the other day with MD Tag FLPNOUT. Nice ride bro. So what are the details? Looked like maybe a 4.5" lift with 33"s? Couldn't quite tell at 75MPH.
