Hey all. A few of us are having a truck meet and cookout in Sandy Point State Park this Saturday starting at 10am. This meet will be held on the Chesapeake Bay on West side of the Bay Bridge. Here is the web site for info. If you are interested PM me for details.

Sorry I would love to take a ride down but since my best friend LUNA (110lb Greater Swiss Mtn dog with better manners than most humans) is not allowed in the park

Thats sucks! Yeah i tried to find a perfect spot for us to meet. Figures they don't allow dogs. I'm down for a PA meet next time around

I feel your pain, Pete. I tried to take my dog to a Corolla meet last year at another Maryland state park, and got chased out before the meet barely got started. What made it worse was that the park ranger not only made us leave, he was a real d!ck about it too.

I'll be up if the Mrs. is up to it.

I have never been to the park before so I think Ironman02 is the best person to answer this. I am pretty sure we are not able to reserve space and will be arriving at a location of first come first serve basis. We should be early enough to get to a spot and communicate once people get there via cell.

How about bringing water and plasticware?

Sweet. I’ve never been to the park before. I asked around work if anyone had any ideas. Thus providing me with this park. ZPAUL has been here and knows how it is laid out better than i.
