How's the nor'easter treating you?

I stayed home on Monday,just in case the sump pump couldn't handle the water coming through the walls and floor. If I buy another house it's going to be on a slab foundation or stilts.

Living on higher ground won't help. A coworker also took yesterday off because his basement turned in a wading pool. He lives in Mountainside,and yes this town is on the side of a (small) mountain. Another coworker is off today,can you guess why?

The head of our detail dept. has it the worst. Anyone remember Hurricane Floyd and the damage it caused to Bound Brook,NJ? He bought a house there about a year ago. It's 1999 again.
