I am sure you guys have all heard about the terrible double homicide in Hopkinton. Well, since I live in Hopkinton, its just so surreal seeing my town in the national news. Every morning at the common, where the boston marathon starts, there are at least 3 vans for various reporters. I think the last time there was a murder in this town was like 11 years ago!
For those that have heard about the case, what are your thoughts? I don't know yet if the husband actually did the killings. I listened to some reports and they all said that it had to be an inside job because they killed the child. Anyone off the street wouldn't have killed the child because it couldn't be considered a witness, obviously too young to remember anything that happened. But the fact that he isn't going to the funeral and he took the only family car and left it at logan airport means something....something huge! I just can't beleive the whole thing....

I live in Milford, my Ex and kids live in Hopkinton. If you follow all the psychology used on Law and Order type shows the fact the victims were placed in the bed and covered either shows the killer had feelings for them and didn't just leave them out on the floor or they were trying to change the time of death my trying to maintain the post mortem body temperature. My bet is on the husband. Question is, will they get enough evidence to extradite a British citizen from Britain to Massachusetts for a trial. I don't think it's a coincidence he ran to England instead of Iowa.
All in all it's a real tragedy to see two people killed, especially a baby.

Like you said, all clues lead to him. Yet, he's still considered "a person of interest!" What we need a Jack Bauer from the CTU division to go over there and interrogate him!
So your in Milford huh....big portuguese community out there! Had my bacherlor party at the Milford Portuguese Club, can't beleive how that place has quadrupled in size since I was a kid.

I just saw a story on this on Fox News. Nice guy huh . One interesting point was that he did not kill the family dog. I guess he loved his Basset Hound more than his kid. I can almost understand whacking your wife but a little baby
Well...I've never witnessed anything like that before. From watching the helicopters following the motorcade along the pike to when I walked down to the Police Department and saw the cruisers head into the HPD. I mean I caught a quick glimpse into the state cruiser where Neil was, but man did they zip him in and outta there. It was funny because this time of night hopkinton is like a ghost town....there was traffic on both sides of Main street as people wanted to check out what was going on. And the media...holy crap they are everywhere!!
My take on this whole thing...I know I know, innocent until proven guilty. But honestly, his stories have not added up since day one. I wanted to have a sign up saying "You're gonna wish you killed yourself when your cellmate declares you his B!tch!!" LOL!

He'll probably go to the closest county jail and live there as an inmate until trial time, unless he can make the bail, which I'm sure is gonna be quite large given his fleeing to another country.
