The only place that I know of in RI is George Washington state park. It's located on Rte 44 near the Conn. boarder. Mostly fireroads and little better wheeling on the connecting powerlines. Of coarse there are powerlines all over the state that offers some pretty decent wheeling but I don't know how legal it is. What's your favorite spot. Please share.

Theres a few locally... Ive been on a couple short ones but since my truck isnt a beater I didnt go any further. One is just right up the road, goes off into a power line clearing. My sisters bf could probably list a bunch since they are always 4 wheelin. If anybody is interested in this area I'll ask. Im not sure about all day ventures.. Vermont isnt that big. Seems more and more "flatlanders" are buying up property and posting it... less play ground for 4 wheelers and hunters.

Very, VERY touchy topic in New England. There is land- mostly unmaintained public roads and private land. Most avid wheelers are going to be very tight-lipped about it due to over-use. Best route is to get involved with a club. Plenty of clubs ad organizations can be found over at http://www.neow.org/.
Seriously- go out with a club. They'll make sure you get home in one piece when you break something!
