Default Anyone ever used Rim Pro for wheel damage?

I recently took my truck in to get the 6k rotate and balance thing at NTB. The scumbag that did the work scraped the crap out of 2 rims trying to take the weights off. I spoke with the manager, he told me it was normal ....so I called the complaint line. I just got off the phone with the district manager, he said they will send my rims to Rim Pro to get refinished. Now its like I would rather have all 4 done so that there aren't 2 brand new looking rims. Anyone have any experience with Rim Pro? Anyone see anything bad about this? They do have a lifetime warranty.

Joey

I would insist on having all 4 done so that they match. They will probably do it.
Since they will not buy you new rims, I would say that your best bet is to get it done and keep an eye on them. If they have a lifetime warranty then you should be ok.

I have to speak with the district manager tonight. So I might as well just tell him to do all four, I mean I wouldn't be in this situation if it had been done correctly in the first place. I'll just let him know that is the only way they will keep my business.
