Thumbs up Unclaimed Property

I found this site on the internet and it's for unclaimed property (money) in WA state that might be due to you. Click on the link and then enter your name (last name, first name).

I always worried that those were just a gimmick to get your personal information. Do they ask for your address or email?

dude boy....not sure how WA's is, but CA only asks for a last name. from there they'll give you a list. i was checking CAs UCP webpage (btw, it's ran by the state) after i read Boone's post and found a bunch of family members that had money (even my wife!) most of it was under $80 and it seemed like they came from insurance claims of some sort, like someone changed their life insurance and some of the money they earned was not cashed out. i don't know what happens once you try to get your money though. good luck!

You will get a lot of sites that try to trick you into giving your info so that they can spam you but that is not the case in this situation. It is the actual state website that allows you to search for unclaimed property and to begin the claim process.

I always tell people to check their friends and family names too.

Good luck!
