Hi all, new here but not new to the whole forum thingy.
I've been racking my head on trying to make a decision about buying a Tundra, Titan or F-150. After reading many forums regarding the Titan, I've ruled that out because every other tread is about a breakdown, TSB or really, really poor dealer service. And the F-150 is out because, well just because, I'll leave it at that.
So now my hunt begins for a 06 4x4 DC (SR5, probably) Tundra in the Puget Sound area, which I'm totally excited about. My dad has a 01 and I absolutely love driving it. The closest dealer to me is Heartland in Bremerton but I can travel if you have recommendations on a dealership/salesperson that have treated you well. Heartland seems to be very limited in their Tundra inventory at times. In fact, last time I was there, they only had one on the lot. I'll be making my purchase in the next two weeks but will be researching dealer inventory until then looking for the one I want.
After reading what other people are buying their Tundra’s for right now, it looks like invoice less any Toyota incentives should be my purchase price. Does that sound about right? Your advice is much appreciated.
check out Bob Bridge Toyota down in Renton. I did not buy my DC from them but I have done a lot of business with them and have had no problems with their service. Last time I was there they had about 10 DC. The reason i did not buy my DC from them is becasue I went to the same dealer in NM that my dad bought his Landcruiser and Tacoma from and they gave me a great deal. Congrats on the new truck. Let me know when you get it, maby we could have a mini meet for the North West. check out my pics

Cool, I'll check their site out. Just drove by Heartland a few minutes ago and again they only had one DC on the lot, no AC's and 4-5 4x2 RC's. A really pitiful inventory.
Ravenhog, I checked out your pics, is that the Bed Rug? I've been hearing good things about those and will most likely be going that route rather than the LineX route.
Thanks. My rug is not by Bedrug it a Garlords Kit that I ordered with my Lid. I went that route to make sure the Lid carpet liner matched the bed carpet kit.

I originally was going to purchase my Tundra at Bob Bridge, but the salesman I got (on the internet) rudest salesman I have ever dealt with on anything. I ended up going to Burien Toyota, and were nice at the beginning and have been nice everytime I have had my truck in for service. I don't know where Bob Bridge Toyota got that salesman, but he sure was not advantageous to their business. I actually printed out some of the emails he sent and showed them to my boss as an example of how not to treat a customer.
Hello! I am new to this forum and this is my first post here, I have been reading through the site and this is the first thread I can offer feedback on... I am the Scion Manager at Toyota of Puyallup... I am not a commission salesman and I would be happy to help. I just bought a DC Tundra myself and LOVE it!! Toyota has crazy financing on tundras through the 2nd of October. 0% up to 48mo, 1.9% @60mo or $2500 cash or a KILLER lease... We currently have four SR5 DC's in stock.
On a side note, mine goes in next week for a leveling kit, 285/70/17's and rims, a light bar up front...
I will not make a habit of talking sales here, I hope no one is offended by this post.
A little more about the dealership... one of 8 in the country awarded Toyota's President's Award for Customer Service every year available (20 and running).. we have been family owned for 34 years....
