Default 4wd Shudder

What exactly causes that shudder when I am slipping on an obstacle? Is it just the tire slipping, or is it the leaf springs warping? Or mebbe it's the LSD trying to lock up a tire? If anyone can shed some light, lemme know!

Also, how can I reduce this? It seems like that particular motion could be detrimental to my axles/driveline. Would lockers help at all? Or perhaps a 3 or 4-link setup?

Shudder usually is your driveline binding. Too much traction, maybe?
