Default 35's with a 2.5" lift

Hey fellow offroader's! I guess its that time of year again or month I should say, that I have the bug to start screwing with my truck some more. Well, I was wonder if it would be possible to run 35's with my 5100's? I was thinking about getting some fiberglass fenders for the front in order for it not to rub and leaving the rear the same with the AAL. Will 35's still rub on the bottom backside of the fiberglass fenders or on the front bumper, or is all in the back spacing of my wheels? If I go this direction i will rear gear it with 456's and possibly put a different pair of UCA's on, probly camburg. I've been looking at the TC long travel, but can't get my self to spend 5k just on the front alone and have the back all stock, just does'nt seem right. Also the RCD is looking like a good option, but I'm still in college and will be for a while with a medical career in sight, so being able to fit in parking garages will be a problem. Anyways thanks for the feedback, most appreciated.

Not once you've trimmed them, and the cab. All my pictures are down, but that's exactly what I did & ran for a couple years.

or on the front bumper,
Yup. Trim the **** out of it.

That too...3.5", or run adapters and put your 4.5" wheels at 3". Get the longer ARP studs, always thought mine looked awful sketchy with so little thread engagement.

You wheel. Go 4.88 with 35" tires.

Yup.

Nope. Camburg. Big difference .

It's ok. Everybody starts that way.

Wheels fine. But if you go RCD you don't ever go back. LT is arguably better for a number of reasons...I got other posts on that...but the RCD wheels like a champ.

Pete reports it's also great for picking up girls.

Camburg LT . Ask for the heimed upper control arms like mine, get the steering clevis kit, but run your stock outer tie rod ends.

My opinion is get the LT, but it's worth saying that for most of what's worth wheeling, RCD and Camburg LT will get the job done. LT just gets the job done faster LOL.

Thanks Sean. I was looking at your rig and I like the low, but big tire look. Your probly right and just wait for the LT and do it right. I wish you could have the RCD and LT all in one package, that would be sweet. The truck does'nt need to be a pantie dropper i got the Vette for that Maybe I'll just wait till i move up over there and I you can help me out lol. Anyways thanks.
