About LinkBacksSorry I haven't had any updates with progress. Currently I still have just flat pieces cut out since I'm in my final semester of a RN program and working two jobs. Just missing the two final ingredients to finish, time and cash.
Sorry my drawings don't help you out any for the 2nd Gen aleaddict. I can give you this for recommendation. Go to an appliance store and ask for the biggest card board boxes they'll give you. Then crawl around underneath and use the cardboard to make some initial mock ups. It didn't occur to me to do that until AFTER I had things cut out. I've found that I need to trim an edge on the middle (transmission) skid to keep my tires from rubbing it at full turn right now.

I did template cuts on plywood couple months ago. Here are pics. These tempates for 2007 DC 4x4 with revtek differential drop kit. Diff drop kit changes the angles, bolt hole locations and plate size slightly when compared to the factory specs (non modified tundra). This is work in progress bolt hole locations might change slightly at the time of fitment. Design for the rear cross member support is still pending to hold the 4th skid plate. I will also incorporate small bends on side to smooth out the edges.

Completed Mods: TAG front wincher and rear multicarrier, Icon Stage 2 coilover, shocks, leaf springs, Camburg UCA 1.5" uniball, 35x12.50x18 Toyo Open Country M/T, 18x9, 5x150, 12mm offset Velox Ravine Wheels, Retro-Solutions HID kit, Backup Camera and fixed tilt monitor in overhead console, TRD shifter, Debadged, Revtek front differential drop kit, 1/2" spacers for carrier bearing, running board, custom bike fork mounts in bed track rail system, spray-on bedliner, updated rear cab mounts, Relocated differential breather, clear lens LED tail lights, JVC stereo, cargo divider, removed in-take manfold screen, removed HC air filter, Anzo HID off road lights w/3 scion switches, 60" Hi-Lift Jack, and GM style tow mirrors.
Completed DIY Projects: water pump diy.pdf, front axle oil seals repair procedure.pdf, transfer case adapter oil seals, Suspension upgrade: Icon front CO, rear shocks & expansion pack leaf set, and Camburg UCA.
2007 MB GL450, DS/B (Wife) Completed Mods. Nav-TV module, backup camera, 20" Chrome Mandrus wheels, modified air suspension links, chrome grill guard, & running boards.
