Default Rear bumper finished!

Pics in my gallery. Can't mount it right yet, busy building the reverse rear shackle setup. Stock shackle is in the way of the splash guard I welded to the inside of the side rails. I'm going to market and sell the rear shackle flip unit as a kit soon, it turned out great!

Looks sweet!! Dang, now you really got me drooling for a tube bender!

Did you make the flip kit bolt on? If you check out Offroad design site they have essentially what we need

Yes, the flip kit is a bolt on, uses the existing 4 holes + an extra you have to drill. Just have the prototype, thinking of making it adjustable fore and aft to allow installer to select his preference for shackle angle.
Ted, I'm going to be begging information, about to start my SAS! Still haven't decided on suspension, but I'm liking the early Bronco radius arm setup. For a bender go to www.trick-tools.com and look up the model 3. Good luck!
