Update: unfortunately i didnt get it back tonight because of a vibration problem with the t-case. he has it fixed, but tomorrow he is going to finish building a shim, so other than that, everything is done. So.... hopefully tomorrow i will get it back.
and then you better go get that thing dirty .
you gonna groove the thornbirds? they'll be piss-poor in mud, uncut...they'll hold better on the road if you groove and sipe, as well.
well i got it back around 5 pm on friday. drove it home, didnt think i was going to be able to avoid driving off of the road. the steering was constantly going from left to right. but by the end of the night i was used to it. i should probably invest in a steering stabilizer of some sort. The ride is very stiff but that was expected. Overall i am really pleased with the build. i will take some more pics in the mornin. Anything that yall want me to take a pic of in particular???

Ive only driven IFS but it sounds like you need an alignment? Your tires will be gone pretty fast if your steering is doing that. Id like to see pics of the truck as a whole and...in dirt
Update: well everything is working great. the only problem is that the transfer case is leaking but he said that he ordered the seal for it so this weekend it will be fixed!
These were takin after i went out to the lakeland mud hole. they had an event called truck wars so i decided to go out there and get a little dirty and see what it can do.
Have you ever thought maybe your getting a rough ride because the rear is lower then the front keeping the front end light, and bouncy. Maybe if you raise the rear 2-3 inchs should ride smoother. Also steering stabalizer will help

im not sure if that would help, but better shocks front and rear would help. since these pics were takin i have added a single skyjacker steering stabilizer.
well just an update.... everything is working great... except for the stupid transfer case, it is starting to leak bad again. i love the truck, but i am thinking about lowering it down on some 35's again, getting rid of the np205, and getting a 14 bolt rear and a dana 60 kingpin front, or a dana 44 8 lug front, which ever i can get cheaper. this is a daily driver, and im getting tired of having to jump in it every time, and bouncing around like im riding in a horse drawn wagon. what do you guys think?

Dana 60 front would be best. Other options for the suspension would be to go with coilovers. Suppose to be a better ride than leafs.
Having built a number of trucks, I think you did a few things wrong here:
Not enough research
Trusting someone else to do the job.
You used the wrong springs
Your steering angles are HORRIBLE
You probably should have ensured he put the shackles in the rear
You should have talked to 01Tunrda on PBB a LOT before tackling this...
And now your starting to plan a re-do of the entire thing...
Nothing Keep the axles. There's nothing wrong with them.
Get some good springs
Verify the geometry of the front suspension
Put the stock t-case back - space it w/ a Marlin Crawler if you need it for angles

the front axle is not fine, there are no aftermarket parts for it, and the pumpkin is not lined up with the stock t-case, thats why the np205 is in there. i have started this thread: Thinking about new axles...and t-case...and tires...
check here and you will read all the stuff that you will want to know

My front center section is not lined parrallel with the frame rails to the x-fer case either.
