the front axle is not fine, there are no aftermarket parts for it, and the pumpkin is not lined up with the stock t-case, thats why the np205 is in there. i have started this thread: Thinking about new axles...and t-case...and tires...
check here and you will read all the stuff that you will want to know
Wrong, wrong and more wrong. There are plenty of aftermarket parts available for that axle - where you're getting your info is incorrect. SuperDuties have plenty of support. Dynatrack, Dadenbear and others have plenty of components available.
Lined up with the tcase? SOOOOOOOOOO? Big deal.
your desire to continue throwing $$ at a problem you don't completely understand is scary...

there isnt the aftermarket parts that i want, like high-steer, the unit bearing elimination kit would buy me a kingpin dana 60 easily, so why spend the money on such expensive parts for a not so good front axle? and trust me, i know what im talkin about and i have been doing a lot of research
Then Why Did You Buy What You Did To Begine With ??
well the guy that built my truck said that he wouldnt recommend putting the axles on the truck that i already had, and he recommended a dana 44 and 14 bolt, but we couldnt get a hold of any at the time, so we went ahead and did what i have now.
Are you sitting down ...I'm not flaming you, but here's some advice, mostly nothing to do with your rig.
I figure you know by now that you're gonna catch some **** over your decisions, but so far (on TS anyway) everybody's trying to help you out of a potentially bad/dangerous/expensive situation.
You have the right idea, you're willing to cut and weld the truck, it's just not quite the best execution (yet)...be glad you didn't post this on TTORA, or you'd really get piled on. From what I saw, they started, but nobody checks the T100/Tundra forum much there.
PBB is the pirate4x4.com bulletin board. Go there, don't post, just search (you can use Google if you don't have a star). If you post you will get flamed. Honestly if you post what you got on TTORA, they'll probably crank at you too, and reading between all the purse-swinging you'll find the same suggestions everyone's made here. Go search the SAS forum at TTORA as well, don't post, just search. Don't be another 18 year old with 40 years of experience (there are a lot on TTORA) or another kid posting a tall truck on PBB (it happens sometimes, it's like reading a feeding frenzy). You have a lot to learn (like most of us going from IFS to SFA), you're just getting started with a huge project, go do some reading and post back with a plan. Start with the steering, read about Thornbirds, figure out how to drop it down a foot or two, get to carving out the wheel wells, don't be shy with the body. You're not shy with the undercarriage, don't get all misty-eyed about the sheetmetal. Make those tires fit, without putting the truck on stilts. Sort out your axles. Just don't throw parts, time, money, labor at the truck...don't get out the wallet until you're damn sure what you're about to do will work. If you gotta wait and drive a while on the street with what you have now (I did that for a while, sux but you do what you gotta do), and spend some time working your new buzzbox so you can eventually do this stuff yourself.

So the guy that you had build it told you NOT to build it this way and you went ahead and spent your parents money anyway? And you state that you've done a ton of research, built trucks before and KNOW what you're doing, despite the obvious evidence to the contrary? LOL! If I were your parents I would be making you pay back every penny while you drive that thing unto the ground... What a waste.
Ignoring advice and then expecting accolades isn't going to get you what you want.

i completely understand what you are saying, and this project will not even bee started for another year probably, so i have plenty of time to think about it.

is this your money or my money? like i said, i am not going to start this project next week or anything, but within the next year or so. and i appreciate your input but this is my hobby and i dont have anything to spend my money on besides gas and now insurance (yes i still live at home with my parents). dont get me wrong i love the setup i have now but this is just an idea of what i want to do in the future, being that i am going to have this truck for a long time. i am open to advice, so anything that yall tell me i will read and take notice. you stated that i dont have the correct steering angle, shackle placement, and the wrong springs were used, well the reason for me wanting to redo some of my stuff is to fix all that stuff so that it will perform better and be a little more economical. there is a link to the thread in the offroad forum above, if you can move to and start posting in that one, i would appreciate it. i am not bashing you for your recommendations because that is what i wanted to recieve in the first place.

Keep the setup but , my only question where is the front shackle? That is why your ride is so harsh , bumpy as you say,
