well i just got done installing the warn premium hubs, probably one of the easiest installs ever! sorry i didn't get any actual installation pics but i will take some of the finished product and post them.
well today i went and picked up some supplies for the case install, gray rtv, 3 quarts of mobile 1 75w90 for the stock t-case and the crawl box, some wire to extend the t-case controls and speedo, shrink tube, and some wire loom to hide it all
here are some pics of the track bar i am working on. i used 2"x2" square tube that is 1/4" thick. im not done welding it on but i have already tested it and it is holding up great. the steering is much more responsive now.
That stuff is great for hiding things and cleaning the place up .
Get some pics of your wiring harnesses when they're done ...my experience so far is you can really clean up the stock harnesses with a little work, a bunch of loom, some shrink tube and electrical tape. The stock harnesses are Hecho en Mexico and some of them really show it...there is some goofball stuff floating around on the truck.

i will take some pics. i considered extending all the wires now before i got the crawl box since i know that it will add 8.5" to the driveline. i was going to add 10" or 12" in all to the wire, but if somehow i ended up short i know i would be pretty mad that i would have to do it all over again. so im not sure if im going to do it now or then....
well this morning i noticed that a nut was missing on my track bar and the bolt was about to fall out, so i went and got a new nut for it but forgot a lock washer because that fell off too, so back to the store i go. also, i picked up new bolts for the cab for when i remove the body lift. i just have to find the metric ones for the bed.....

Need the thread pitch for the bed bolts? Cuz I have the tap if you need the numbers.

well the instructions for the body lift say that the bed bolts are 12mmx1.25x180mm, the only thing i really need to know is the length of the bolt i need for the bed bolts, because the longest i can find is 100mm
I just called Inchworm and made the payment on the crawl box and shifter, jim said that it should ship out at the beginning of next week and take another week to get here.
Also, i finished up the track bar mount, here are a couple of completed pictures:
Update: track bar is holding up great, no more missing nuts off of it yet. I am waiting for a confirmation e-mail from jim to let me know when the crawl box has been shipped so i have an idea of when my truck will be down for the install. i picked up 2 12mmx1.25x100mm because thats all Lowes had, and at about $6 per bolt, i want to make sure that they will be the right size before i buy anymore, so I'm going to wait till the body lift comes off to see if they will fit, then i will go buy the rest. I also need to figure out what I'm going to be doing about the rear bumper brackets, because i don't have the stock ones.
not quite, my fab skills aren't up to par yet. I will probably re-use the bumper lift brackets and maybe flip them over and drill new holes in them to mount the bumper in the stock position, thats only if i can't get this free rear bumper and brackets that was offered to me!
