I was going to give mine to Goodwill (you know you can claim a big write off if you do that!). Problem was, they wanted me to put it in an open space and run it for 3 hours. I was afraid the camshaft would overheat and explode or the bed would bounce up and hurt someone...I hate it when that happens!

Are you kidding me?!?!? This truck is totally ready to give to goodwill. Think about it, the d@mn clock won't keep time- all you need to do is tell them it's been three hours after 10 minutes or so.

As far as safety is concerned, I saw a bed bounce off a new tundra on the interstate the other day. Believe it or not, the owner still couldn't open the tailgate when he put it back on.

That was me, you know how it bounced up and over and landed in front of me and I ran over it? Well I removed my skid plate because the oil is soooo hard to change, and it ripped off that pain in the rear cartrige oil filter on it's way under.

Well, I think I'll get my Sirius tuner installed to the JBLs and hardwire my NUVI tomorrow. The day after that's done, I'll dump the Tundra.....

Not a bad idea. Ifound a recycling center in slidel that will demo it for only 300 dollars. It's close enough to H-Burg to have it towed there for only a few hundred more.

I just installed a few things to mine also, but it was so I could get some TS cred. and people would appreciate some polls that I start.

Dave,

Funny post. You say you love your Tundra, HAHA. We all love the truck for now. It's the future we are bracing for.

Talk to us after your tire sensor light goes off one day!

I filled all mine with "Great Stuff" expanding foam insulation, then re-set the sensors.
