Upgrading Wheels and Tires Questions

I've done a lot of reading on this and figured it was time to ask the experts. I recently started upgrading my 2003 Tundra Access Cab SR5 TRD 4x4. Everything I've done been with the goal of getting new wheels and tires. Currently it's a stock 03' 4X4 with new Bilstein 5100's front and rear. The front's are set at 1 notch below the highest setting, I ended up with about 2" lift up front and a nice level ride. Wasn't easy though, these shocks required me to replacing sway bar links and caused severe leaks at all axel boots. It's all good now and rides great.

I still have the stock wheels, which are 16" wrapped w/ 265/70R16

I plan to bump the wheels up to 17" - Can I fit 17" wheels w/ 285/70R17 Tires?

I am also wondering do I have to put some kind of wheel spacer kit on in order to run aftermarket wheels?

Up Next ??
- New Exhaust (Any Suggestions?? - Thinking Magnaflow or Gibson)

just get the new wheels with 4.5" backspace and should fit with just minor trimming on the inner fender well.
