Kiffin is the Raiders HC, he is from California but his dad was the Defensive Coordinator under Holtz at Arkansas so thats his tie to the program I guess.

So good things are coming for us but Raiders have been DOGS for a while now and was he the head coach or assistant? Everyone from ABQ used to be Raider Nation guys but since their record is so bad even the Raider fans from ABQ have kinda dissapeared!! I would literally, do anything they asked me too if Lou would come back and be the coach. I just think he does it the right way, and is a great coach.
Well, the Tuberville rumor got shot down this morning. Im to the point I think we need to lock on whoever they want and get him, before the LSU job opens up.

I agree. I wish we could get together with some of the other old SWC guys (Texas mainly), and some other regional teams, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St., Texas A&M, Texas Tech maybe and get another SWC goin. Itll never happen though.

My only concern is his longest stint is 4 years at Louisville.
This is the best shot we've had at a national title since Hatfield or Holtz. If he stays for more than a year, look out, we will be a good football team.
He seems to get along with Frank so he should do good, can't blame him from bailing at Atlanta but Sports Center was trashing him with Atlanta Falcons bad mouthing him?? It will be old news Tomorrow and he seems to know how to call the HOGS now and did it on Sports Center interview!! priceless!!
