Political minefield, yup...I bet no politician would touch this with an eleven foot pole, except to screw it up somehow. Realize they're not talking about big outbreak of the flu, but the sort of civilization-ending disaster they make movies out of.
They need to add actors, politicians, lawyers, and inmates. (in that order)
