Default Food you can't resist

We all have certain things we love to eat, but which are obviously bad for us, whether its high cholesterol, sodium, calories or whatever.

So what is the food you just can't resist, but know you should?

For me its gotta be ice cream, since I've become slightly lactose intolerant...plus its a lot empty calories.

Shelled pistachios, macadamias, cashews and pine nuts; all the expensive ones drive me ... nuts.

But eventually my mouth will get tired.

The wife might like the workout thew jaw is getting(not for you to shut-up...think about it)

I also break down for pistachios. However, I would also break down for just about any seafood.

Do you like "crab pollocks"(?). It is not real crab meat, but it tastes great.

I think that the taste of "imitation" crab is ok in a pinch. When I was younger I liked it. However, now that I think about it the last time I had imitation crab was about 10-12 years ago.
