This is a discussion thread titled "Can you believe this women?!?", within the Off-Topic forum, part of the General Forums category.
There is such a thing as freedom of speech, and as tacky as I believe that was, I have to defend her right to do it. However, if she was being paid in any way, to include some sort certificate or what have you, she wouldn't be getting it from me, and if I were on the council, I would've been making a motion that her recognition be stricken from any record.
Freedom of speech has its limits, you cannot yell "fire" in a crowded theater, we all know that. This was NOT the forum to spout off any racial agenda, if you're asked to sing the Anthem, it is a great priveledge, not an opportunity to vomit this kind of rhetoric.
She has no respect for herself, thats why she has no respect for our country.
