Well the "victim" in this case appears to be aware of the actions of the accused and, shows no signs of distress. Case in point, the victim is seen here still upright, "on all fours" and does not appear to be deterred by the ensuing actions.
In my professional opinion, this appears to be a case of consensual sex. Although, the parties involved could have used used a little more discretion.
Case closed.
