Happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it, the more it runs away. But as soon as you turn your attention to other things, it will land softly on your shoulder...
Hmmmm... I'm sure I could think of something... I need exercise...

Just wanted to let everyone know that my sleep study results were ok... I have mild sleep apnea but it's not enough for them to put me on the machine or meds. She told me to continue to lose weight and it might help it on it's on. I stopped breathing 45 times during the night which averages out to 7 per hour and she said up to 5 per hour is normal. So mine's just mild... I guess it's good that I don't have to be put on the machine but I really need something done so I can a decent nights worth of sleep... Anyone got any idea? I've tried over the counter sleep aids and they don't work.

7 per hour..? That really is nothing... So, now that you know this is not the reason for the bad sleeping, I think you really have to find the reason for not having a decent sleep...
Perhaps you should try to find the "hidden button", the one that says :
"When I go to sleep, I will just set my mind to that..!! Whatever worries me, it shall not keep me from sleeping..!!
Trust me, whatever it is that keeps you busy, the night is the time for your mind and body to recover...
It makes sense, doesn't it? Just find "a closet", put all the negative feelings and emotions in that for the night and lock that closet tight. Tomorrow is another day, you can only handle that much per day, so, the night should be refreshing in order to attack all that's on your way...
mens sane in corpore sano..!!
