Well we are having bake ham with the pinapples mac and chesse my son's favorite is the mac and chesse I don't for it. The collard greens, dressing, key lime cake it's so damn good sweet patato pie and a bit more while kicked back watching the thanks giving football game !
DAYUUUUMMM what time is dinner? I love homeade mac n cheese, greens are a particular favorite of mine...my uncle makes greens...the best...he uses a hamhock...yummmo. I think he only does collard, but I like a mix of nustard, turnip and collard greens.

I'm gonna quick throw the truck back together and be a wild rover this Thanksgiving LOL...and I'm gonna visit you guys .
We did Thanksgiving last weekend with friends who are gonna be working from Tomorrow through the weekend. Previously I hadn't picked apart a turkey...I'm guessing I got three or four pounds off the bird after we'd carved it for dinner. That's gonna make some kickass soup.
My g/f makes the best mashed potatoes. They look like something made from potato flakes they're so creamy, but they're all done from fresh taters and elbow grease, with milk and a lot of unsalted butter. The mashed potatoes are usually the largest pile on my plate.
I usually make mac n cheese from a box . But I found a good recipe the other day for a homemade version, I think there was milk & flour over the noodles for a base, and then add grated cheese to texture & taste. I wanna try it with some good smoked cheddar.
My mommy brought me over some of her stuffing today (my favorite) since I will be spending thanksgiving day working. It is the best, it has wild rice and slivered almonds in it, I cant wait to eat it tomorrow

We'll have the traditional turkey, stuffing, potatoes, vegies, pie, etc.
And there is some nice fresh venison in the fridge. Hmm, burger, ribs, steak, sausage.. too many to pick from, might have to have a little of it all.
What kind of sausage...your own recipe of spices...I think im gonna have to start a week long trek next year and try and hit everyones house in the days before, during and after thanksgiving
