Default Best Hands Free device?

We can't use hand held devices while driving anymore, but I think I found the perfect solution

iLANE: Video

Reads and composes text messages, plus a lot more.

Well my simple answer to your question would have been "my Tundra" (built in Bluetooth is awesome). I hadn't heard of iLane however.

i suppose it depends on a few things, first, how much do you like gadgets and electronic gizmos. Second, how many texts do you receive in a day. Third, how much do you commute and how bored do you get. After that comes how important it is for work. At $400, it isn't cheap, but its not astronomical either, plus it will no doubt come down and price.

The unit is made in the same city as RIM (think Blackberry), coincidence? Maybe.

I'm sure there will be a Chinese equivalent in about a year, probably less, and it will be available for a fraction of a price.

.

We have a "Blue Ant" (brand name) handsfree bluetooth that we move from vehicle to vehicle and they work great.

ALWAYS keep a COMPLETE copy of those SMRs in a secure place that you can access.
This is super important later when a "claims issue" or etc. arises.
