Just thought I would add context to the sentence. I would like to see Barney unemployed, but if it happens, let's make sure it is for the right reason and with full knowledge of why, exactly, he is a scumbag.

The Dems. can say this because the people already knew this. It's very clear that ~50% of the U.S. WANT someone to take care of them. To them, this is very welcome news.
Doesn't change anything.

At least now maybe we can understand that this Big Government agenda isn't a secret. It's exactly what the left want, not only the politicians but the voters. Time to stop kidding ourselves, saying people don't understand. Many of them do, and they welcome this 'change'. So now maybe we can understand that there should be no 'bipartisanship', none, because the 2 ideas are totally opposite. This is a fight, let's hope we win. But with the only real alternative the Rep. party, I don't see that happening. Really, why is Palin still in the news? Possible future presidential candidate for the Rep. party? God help us, didn't those morons learn anything?
