I raced a 2WD QC HEMI at the track with a dual exhaust. I have what you see in my signature. The temperatures were around 70-75-degrees and the track conditions were OK. He got the jump on me both times since I was so tired. He gets me real good in the first 60-feet and then we even out towards the end. My second run suggests that I am starting to gain on him with my higher mph. My first run I played with the pulse damper and it hurt my mph suggesting that messing with it cost me horsepower. Those 2WD HEMI trucks are real quick! Ive raced a 4*4 QC HEMI at this very track and I beat him both times. The QC HEMI was running ~ 15.9 in colder temperatures. Its amazing how much of a difference the 4WD makes with a HEMI.

Even though I lost it was still a lot of fun! The angle of the video doesnt do me any justice either.

Interesting...it seems like your truck did the 1/4 mile faster in stock form. Why is that...reaction time? Temparture? different track? I would imagine that a lot of variables come into play when it comes to track times. You never know....you could race him on a different day and win.
The temperature was 40-degrees outside when I ran the 15.5 stock. It is almost 35-degrees more in that video and I am pretty close to what I did stock! Typically I would run 15.7 stock in 40-degree weather. Reaction times do not affect the ET.

He tree'd ya big time, and his 60' killed ya also. If you can get your 60' times down to a 2.2xx like the Hemi then you'd be darn near dead even with him. Heh, forgive my ignorance, but is a 2.3xx 60' time "good" for a V8 Tundra?
