Exclamation Help me find an easy way to add a remote control to my computer speakers

Hey,
I need an easy way to add a remote control to my computer speakers. I will be using my computer as a TV and I want to be able to turn the volume up and down with a remote. Any ideas on how to do that?

My thought was to get something to go between the computer's line out and the input on my computer speakers. I'm not sure what sort of thing will do the trick. The speakers have their own amp built in so I need to be able to adjust the level somewhere before the speakers get the signal (either from the computer directly or a device between the computer and speakers). Help. Thanks.

Thanks. Not all all what I had in mind but it looks like it will do the trick.

I've bought stuff online from Cyberguys before and they are a good outfit. In their catalog you'll find some neat stuff that you can't find anywhere else, and stuff you didn't know existed but suddenly can't live without.

Thanks for all the help. It turns out that my cable box has a bilt in volume control that you can use with the remote... so I didn't end up needing another one.
